Program: UEFN Master Class (“Program”) Up-Town Tower 

By ticking the acceptance box during registration or payment, you (“Participant”, “you”, or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Program Details

1.1 The UEFN Master Class will take place from 9–12 December 2025, conducted in-person for approximately eight (8) hours per day, including lunch and coffee breaks.
1.2 The Program is limited to thirty (30) participants.
1.3 It is designed to provide practical, hands-on instruction and creative development using the Unreal Editor for Fortnite (UEFN) environment.
1.4 The Program will cover the following four core modules:

• Foundations of World Building – Understanding design principles, spatial composition, and environmental storytelling in Fortnite Creative.

• Gameplay Mechanics & Devices – Exploring interactive elements, triggers, and dynamic gameplay systems using UEFN tools.

• Immersion & Visual Fidelity – Enhancing player experience through lighting, textures, audio, and visual design.

• Cinematics, Testing & Publishing Showcase – Finalizing your map with cinematic tools, playtesting, and public publishing within Fortnite.

2. Participation and Certification

2.1 Participants must attend all scheduled sessions in full.
2.2 A Certificate of Completion will be awarded only to those who:

• Attend all four (4) days in full; and

• Complete all required projects to the satisfaction of the instructors.

2.3 Missing sessions or incomplete projects will result in no certificate being issued.
2.4 Wild Unlimited reserves the right to verify attendance and completion before certification.

3. Fees, Refund Policy, and Transfers

3.1 Program fees are payable in full upon registration.
3.2 All payments are non-refundable, regardless of reason (including withdrawal, absence, or inability to attend).
3.3 A registration may be transferred once to another person by written notice to Wild Unlimited at least five (5) business days before the Program start date.
3.4 No transfers or refunds will be allowed after that deadline.
3.5 If Wild Unlimited cancels or reschedules the Program, you may receive a full refund or transfer to a future session, at the Organizer’s discretion.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 All works, assets, environments, skins, buildings, or other creations made during the Program (“Creations”) are considered collaborative educational outputs.
4.2 You hereby assign all rights, title, and interest in the Creations to Wild Unlimited FZCO, including all intellectual property rights.
4.3 Wild Unlimited may use, modify, publish, distribute, or display the Creations globally and in perpetuity, for educational, promotional, or commercial purposes.
4.4 No royalties or additional compensation will be due to the Participant.
4.5 This agreement does not grant the Participant ownership or license in any trademarks or materials of Wild Unlimited, Epic Games, or affiliates.

5. Personal Data and Media Consent

5.1 You consent to Wild Unlimited collecting and processing your personal data for:

• Registration, administration, and certification; and

• Marketing, documentation, and promotional purposes (including photo, video, and audio recordings).

5.2 Personal data includes your name, contact details, likeness, voice, and recorded media.
5.3 Wild Unlimited will process such data in accordance with UAE data protection laws.
5.4 You grant Wild Unlimited a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your image, name, and likeness captured during the Program for promotional purposes, without additional consent or compensation.

6. Code of Conduct

6.1 You agree to maintain professional and respectful behavior throughout the Program.
6.2 Wild Unlimited may remove any Participant engaging in misconduct, plagiarism, or misuse of software, without refund or certification.
6.3 All Participants must comply with Epic Games’ End User License Agreement and Fortnite Creative Terms while using the UEFN platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Participation is at your own risk.
7.2 Wild Unlimited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, opportunity, or income.
7.3 The total liability of Wild Unlimited for any claim shall not exceed the amount of the Program fee paid.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
8.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

9. Acceptance

By ticking the box during registration or payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the no-refund policy, transfer clause, IP assignment, and data/media consent.
